Description
The XS Sight Systems CSAT Rear Sight is a flip-up combat iron sight designed for AR-15 and M16 Mil-Spec carbines. Designed by instructor Paul Howe, this rear sight lets the operator engage targets from 7 to 100 yards without moving hands off the rifle to manipulate the sight flip.
The CSAT rear offers two aperture options: a large .200″ notch for fast close-range engagement and a smaller .070″ diameter aperture positioned below the notch for precise long-range target work out to 300 yards. The instinctive flip-up design keeps both hands on the rifle while transitioning between engagement distances, making it an ideal primary or back-up iron sight.
Built to true Mil-Spec dimensions for direct drop-in installation on any standard AR-15 or M16 upper receiver, the CSAT rear sight ships in a durable Matte Black finish.
