Description
The Winchester XPR in 6.8 Western is a feature-packed bolt-action hunting rifle built around a 24″ sporter barrel and a steel receiver, both finished in matte black Perma-Cote for weather resistance in tough field conditions.
The button-rifled, free-floating barrel carries a 1:8″ twist and is finished with a recessed target crown to protect the muzzle and support consistent accuracy. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope bases, providing a ready platform for the shooter’s preferred optic.
At the heart of the action is Winchester’s M.O.A. Trigger System, offering a clean, adjustable pull. A two-position safety sits at the rear of the bolt alongside a bolt release button for fast cycling, and the rifle feeds from a detachable 3-round box magazine.
The fixed stock features checkering on the gripping surfaces for positive control in adverse weather, finished in matte black to match the metalwork. The rifle weighs 7 lbs, measures 44″ overall, and is configured for right-hand shooters.
