Description
The Wilson Combat Recon Tactical is a semi-auto rifle chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO and built on Wilson Combat’s WC-15 platform, designed for tactical, defensive, and sporting applications. The action delivers a 30+1 capacity and feeds from a standard detachable magazine.
At the core of this rifle is Wilson Combat’s match-grade, medium-weight fluted stainless steel barrel measuring 16″ with a 1:8″ twist, optimized for stabilizing a wide range of 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington bullet weights. A Q-Comp muzzle device is fitted to help tame felt recoil and muzzle rise during rapid fire.
The upper and lower receivers are machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and finished in Flat Dark Earth (FDE), delivering the corrosion resistance and rigidity expected of a Wilson Combat long gun. A precision two-stage trigger provides a clean, predictable break for accurate shot placement, while a manual thumb safety offers positive control. The rifle is configured for right-handed operation.
No iron sights are installed, leaving the upper receiver’s Picatinny optics rail ready for your preferred red dot, prism, or magnified optic. The rifle wears the ergonomic Wilson/Rogers Super Stoc in black, providing a solid cheek weld and adjustable length of pull for a comfortable shooting position.
