Description
The Weaver Mounts 99505 is an extended multi-slot scope base built specifically for the Remington 783 Long Action rifle receiver. Machined as a rigid 1-piece platform, it bolts directly to the factory Remington 783 long action receiver using its existing mounting holes to deliver a solid, repeatable mounting platform for optics.
Construction is 6061-T6 aluminum finished in a protective black anodized coating for corrosion resistance. The full-length multi-slot top is the key to its versatility: it accepts both Picatinny and Weaver style rings, so nearly any rifle scope or red dot can be mounted without concern for ring compatibility. Rings are sold separately.
