Description
The TruGlo 3/8″ Dovetail Front Sight is a drop-in replacement blade for rifles that use the classic 3/8″ dovetail front sight cut. The body is CNC-machined from steel and finished in a tough black coating, with a snag-free ramp profile that slides cleanly through slings, gear, and brush.
A bright red fiber optic insert gathers ambient light to deliver a high-contrast aiming point in low-light and overcast conditions, with a 0.060″ fiber diameter for a crisp sight picture. The .500″ sight height pairs naturally with standard rear sights on traditional sporting and hunting rifles.
Installation uses standard dovetail-fitting tools, making this sight a popular upgrade for replacing worn, broken, or hard-to-see factory blades. TruGlo builds it to the same quality standard as the rest of their fiber-optic sight line.
