Built around a 4.25″ stainless steel barrel, this Commander variant pairs a blued steel frame with an extended beavertail and a blued serrated steel slide for confident manipulation and timeless styling.
Chambered in 9mm Luger with a 9+1 capacity, the American Classic Commander uses TriStar’s SAO (Single Action Only) action for the crisp, light trigger pull the 1911 platform is known for. The slide is topped with a dovetail front sight and a Novak-style rear sight for a snag-free, duty-ready sight picture, and an ambidextrous thumb safety and grip safety round out the controls for right-hand operation.
