Description
The Traditions Crockett is a .32 Caliber percussion muzzleloader rifle kit with a classic octagonal profile. Its 32″ blued octagonal barrel is paired with a slow 1:48″ twist well-suited to round lead balls and traditional conical projectiles, capturing the look of an early American muzzleloading arm.
This single-shot muzzleloader uses a percussion cap ignition system (no 209 primers required) and is loaded from the muzzle in the traditional manner. The barrel is fitted with a simple fixed blade front sight for open-sight shooting. A fixed full-length select hardwood stock completes the period profile, and at roughly 6 lbs with an overall length of 49″, the Crockett is a lightweight, easy-handling rifle for traditional black powder shooting.
