Description
The Taylor’s & Company 1873 Cattleman is a classic western single-action revolver chambered in 45 Colt (Long Colt), the iconic caliber of the Old West. Built on a new-model forged steel frame and finished throughout in polished nickel plating, this Cattleman captures the look and handling of the original 1873 Colt Single Action Army in a clean, modern-built package.
The 5.50″ barrel is paired with a matching nickel-plated six-shot cylinder, an exposed hammer for traditional thumb-cocking, and a classic sight picture with a fixed blade front and a notched rear sight. A one-piece Navy-size Mother of Pearl grip panel dresses up the nickel-plated frame for a refined cowboy-action look, complemented by charcoal-blued screws that provide a subtle two-tone accent against the bright plating.
At 10.30″ overall and 39.20 oz, the 1873 Cattleman balances naturally in the hand. It is a natural choice for Cowboy Action Shooting, historical reenactment, and collectors who want a quality-built reproduction of one of America’s most iconic sixguns.
