The Taran Tactical Firepower Base Pad Kit is a precision-machined aluminum magazine accessory that adds +2 or +3 rounds of capacity to factory Glock 19 and Glock 23 pistol magazines. The hard anodized black finish gives it a snag-resistant, duty-grade feel while providing a more positive grip for tactical reloads and a clean, flush look with the extended magazine.
Designed to fit OEM 9mm Luger and .40 S&W double-stack magazines, the kit uses the same billet aluminum construction as the rest of Taran Tactical’s Firepower line. The pads install without permanent modification and lock securely into the factory magazine body, making them a simple drop-in upgrade for range, competition, or duty use.
Installation is straightforward: remove the factory base plate, slide the Firepower pad on, and reinsert the magazine spring and follower assembly. This listing is for the base pad kit only; the pistol and magazine shown for reference are not included.
