The Talley 95X734 is an extended one-piece scope mount and ring combo purpose-built for the Howa 1500 and Howa Mini rifles in both short and long action. The platform is fully CNC machined from lightweight aircraft-grade aluminum and finished in a rugged, low-glare black anodized coating.
Talley’s signature Lightweight Alloy construction eliminates the conventional two-piece ring-and-base interface. By integrating the ring and base into a single rigid platform, the design removes the chance of out-of-alignment interfaces or loose connections that can shift zero, and the mount requires no lapping out of the box. The 95X734 ships as a matched two-piece set that bolts directly to the rifle receiver.
