The Talley 74X734 Scope Mount/Ring Combo is a precision-machined one-piece ring and base solution purpose-built for Howa 1500 and Howa Mini rifles. CNC machined from high-grade lightweight aircraft aluminum and finished in a tough Black Anodized coating, this American-made mount eliminates the alignment and loose-connection problems common to traditional two-piece ring and base setups, delivering a rigid, no-lapping platform that installs directly to the receiver.
This Extended Front configuration uses medium-height rings sized for 30mm scope tubes and is set at 0 MOA, making it a straightforward fit for both short- and long-action Howa 1500 rifles as well as the Howa Mini action. The two-piece combo requires no separate rail, giving you a clean, lightweight mounting solution well-suited to hunting rifles, general field use, and precision builds where a solid lockup and a low stack height matter.
