The Stroup Knives SD1 is a compact fixed-blade push dagger built around a 2.5″ dagger-style blade with an OD Green / Black Cerakote finish. With a 5″ overall length, the SD1 is purpose-built as a low-profile personal self-defense tool that slips flat into a waistband, vest pocket, or pack and deploys quickly when needed.
The blade is ground from 1095 carbon steel, a tough high-carbon cutlery steel valued for edge retention and easy field resharpening. The symmetrical dagger profile delivers a strong point for defensive thrusts, while the OD Green / Black Cerakote coating seals the high-carbon steel against corrosion and abrasion and keeps the surface low-glare. Sized for minimalist carry, the SD1 works equally well as a defensive backup or a compact utility cutter.
