Description
The Stroup Knives GP2 is a purpose-built fixed-blade knife from the Stroup Knives USA shop, designed for hard-use outdoor, hunting, and survival work. It carries the proven Stroup formula: a rugged 3.5″ blade of 1095 high carbon steel paired with tough G10 handle scales.
The blade runs 5/32″ thick and is hardened to 58-59 HRC, giving the GP2 the strength and edge retention for real cutting, carving, and field tasks. A stealthy Black Cerakote coating protects the blade from corrosion and cuts glare. Overall length is 7.75″, keeping the knife compact enough for pack carry while still delivering a useful working edge.
Handle scales are precision-machined OD Green G10, providing a secure, comfortable grip in wet, cold, or gloved conditions without adding bulk. The combination of high-carbon steel, ceramic-coated blade, and G10 scales makes the GP2 a hard-use tool equally at home in hunting kits, bushcraft packs, and survival loads.
