The Streamlight TLR-7X Contour Remote is a 500-lumen subcompact weapon-mounted light purpose-built for one-handed shooting with rail-equipped Glock Gen 4/5 pistols. Designed with input from SWAT teams, K-9 handlers, door-breach operators, and close-quarters professionals, the integrated contour remote places activation at the support-hand grip so the light comes on without breaking the firing grip.
A high-output white LED delivers 500 lumens of clean, focused light with 5,000 candela of peak beam intensity and a reach of 140 meters. The custom TIR optic produces a tight hot spot with ample surround beam for target identification and situational awareness in low-light environments. Output is regulated for 1.5 hours of continuous run time on a single CR123A lithium battery, and the light is multi-fuel compatible with the Streamlight SL-B9 rechargeable pack for added versatility.
The housing is machined from anodized aluminum for a lightweight yet rugged package that tips the scales at just 2.69 ounces with the CR123A battery installed. The TLR-7X Contour Remote carries an IPX7 waterproof rating, meaning it is sealed to survive immersion in 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes. The contoured remote paddle/grip switch sits naturally against the pistol grip for intuitive tap-and-release or constant-on control.
At just 4.6 inches overall, the TLR-7X adds minimal bulk to a carry pistol while delivering the output and controls demanded by professional users. The rail-grip clamp system secures the light to Glock Gen 4 and Gen 5 rails without tools and without putting stress on the rail slots, and the package includes the CR123A battery and the mounting keys needed for the supported Glock footprint.
