Description
The Steyr AUG A3 M2 is the civilian semi-automatic evolution of the legendary Austrian bullpup rifle, chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO and built around a 16″ barrel with a 1/2×28″ thread pitch ready for a muzzle device or suppressor. Its bullpup layout places the action behind the trigger group, delivering a full-length barrel in an overall package that points and handles like a much shorter rifle.
This A3 M2 ships finished in black over a synthetic bullpup stock with the AUG’s signature integrated trigger group, single-stage trigger, and 2-position trigger-block safety. The rifle comes with no factory sights installed, leaving the extended top rail ready for the shooter’s preferred optic and back-up iron sights.
Internally, the A3 M2 uses a gas-piston operating system that cycles reliably with both 5.56x45mm NATO and .223 Remington ammunition. It feeds from Steyr’s iconic translucent 30-round waffle-pattern magazine, one of which is included.
This rifle is new in box, current production from Steyr Arms.
