The Spyderco Para Military 2 Lightweight brings the legendary Para Military 2 platform into a carry-friendly, FRN-handled package without sacrificing the cutting performance the design is known for. This version features a 3.47″ clip point blade in CTS BD1N stainless steel with a hard-working DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) black finish for low reflectivity and added wear resistance. The full-flat grind keeps the edge geometry keen and the slicing performance aggressive, while the iconic round Spyderco thumb hole makes one-handed opening fast and intuitive.
Spyderco pairs that blade with a Black FRN (Fiberglass Reinforced Nylon) handle molded with Bi-Directional Texturing for a sure, grippy hold in any condition. Inside, the knife uses Spyderco’s signature Compression Lock mechanism, a rock-solid lockup built into the spine of the handle for safe, ambidextrous operation. The four-position wire pocket clip is fully reversible for tip-up or tip-down carry on either side, making the Para Military 2 Lightweight a truly ambidextrous everyday carry tool.
