The Spyderco Dragonfly 2 Salt is a compact every-day-carry folder built around a corrosion-resistant H1 steel clip-point blade and the brand’s signature round thumb-hole opener. Part of Spyderco’s Salt series, this knife is purpose-built for use in and around marine environments where standard carbon and tool steels would quickly stain or pit.
The 2.25″ serrated clip-point blade is cut from H1 steel, Spyderco’s corrosion-resistant blade alloy developed specifically for saltwater, dive-bag, and high-humidity carry. Fully open the knife measures 5.56″ overall, with a closed length of 3.31″ and a featherweight carry weight of just 1.20 oz.
Handle construction pairs a Yellow FRN (fiberglass-reinforced nylon) scale set molded with Spyderco’s Bi-Directional Texturing pattern over a steel frame, delivering positive grip in wet conditions and solid blade retention under use. A front finger choil and spine cusp add control for detailed work.
Purpose-built for daily carry in saltwater, fishing, boating, or outdoor environments, the Dragonfly 2 Salt pairs compact size, light weight, and a corrosion-resistant blade steel in a pocketable package equally at home on the workbench or the boat. A pocket clip is included.
