Description
The Springfield Armory Model 2020 WayPoint is a premium American-made bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in 6mm Creedmoor. Built for long-range precision in a lightweight package, it pairs a fluted stainless steel barrel wrapped in carbon fiber with a custom-painted Evergreen carbon fiber stock finished in digital camouflage.
The 20″ carbon fiber-wrapped steel barrel carries a 1:7.50″ twist optimized for modern 6mm Creedmoor bullet weights and is tipped with a SA Radial Brake to reduce felt recoil. The stainless steel receiver wears a Mil-Spec Green Cerakote finish and feeds through a fluted bolt with dual locking lugs. Control comes by way of a TriggerTech adjustable trigger and a two-position safety.
The hybrid-profile carbon fiber stock integrates an adjustable cheek comb and M-LOK accessory attachment points along the forend. The rifle runs a 5+1 capacity, stretches to an overall length of 41.50″, and tips the scales at 7.60 lbs. No iron sights are included, leaving the optic choice to the shooter.
