The Spandau Arms RL is a feature-packed bolt-action hunting and sporting rifle chambered in .308 Winchester. Built around a proven Remington 700-pattern action, the RL blends the ergonomics, parts availability, and aftermarket support of the 700 platform with modern precision-rifle features at an accessible price.
The RL wears a 20″ threaded barrel cut with 5R rifling and a 1:10 twist rate, optimized to stabilize the broad range of .308 Win bullet weights used for both hunting and long-range target work. A factory-installed muzzle brake tames felt recoil, while the 5/8×24 threaded muzzle allows quick swaps to a suppressor or alternate device.
Internally, the push-feed action uses an oversized bolt handle for fast, positive manipulation, and the receiver is drilled and tapped (6-48) for direct optics mounting. The rifle ships with an AICS-pattern detachable magazine, providing a 5+1 capacity and broad compatibility with precision-rifle magazine accessories.
A traditional Turkish walnut stock gives the RL a classic sporting profile, balancing modern precision features with the look and feel of a refined field-grade hunting rifle.
