Description
The Sig Sauer Tango6T is a purpose-built 1-6x24mm low-power variable optic (LPVO) wrapped around a rugged 30mm main tube and finished in non-reflective Flat Dark Earth (FDE). Built around Sig Sauer’s HDX optical system with a 6x Super-Zoom advanced optical design, the Tango6T delivers edge-to-edge clarity and strong low-light performance for CQB-to-mid-range engagements on today’s MSR/AR platforms and traditional bolt-action rifles, making it a natural fit for designated marksman, duty, and 3-Gun applications.
The lenses are treated with Sig Sauer’s SpectraCoat lens coating system to maximize light transmission and cut glare, and the housing is fog-proof and waterproof for dependable field use. A parallax setting fixed at 150 yards, a generous 3.90″ of eye relief, and a field of view spanning 17.7 to 105.8 feet at 100 yards round out the optical package. The optic weighs 22.10 oz and runs on a common CR2032 battery accessed through a cap on the left side of the turret housing.
At the heart of the Tango6T is the glass-etched, illuminated DWLR6 reticle, which sits in the first focal plane (FFP) so ranging features and holdovers remain accurate across the entire 1-6x magnification range. The illumination system provides multiple daylight and night-vision compatible brightness levels for fast target acquisition in any lighting condition, giving the shooter a true do-everything LPVO for carbines and precision rifles alike.
