The Sauer 505 Lux is a full-size bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in 7mm Rem Mag, built around a stainless steel receiver with a matte blued finish and a classic saddle mount ready to accept the shooter’s preferred optic. The rifle pairs a 24″ matte blued threaded barrel cut with 1/2×28 threads with a fixed Grade 5 wood stock finished in a rich brown tone, delivering traditional Sauer craftsmanship in a premium magnum-grade hunting platform.
At the core of the 505 is Sauer’s adjustable Quattro trigger, providing a clean, customizable pull weight for precision shooting. The bolt action features an easy manual cocking system on the bolt and a safe maglock for confident handling. With a 2+1 capacity, an overall length of 44″, and a weight of 7.80 lbs, the rifle is balanced for field carry while still managing magnum-class recoil. The 505 ships without iron sights, leaving the saddle-mount receiver free for scope mounting.
