Description
The S.O.G Aegis AT is a rugged assisted-opening folding knife built around a 3.13″ drop point blade of Cryo D2 steel. SOG’s cryogenic heat-treatment process elevates the blade steel’s hardness and wear resistance, while a Black TiNi coating helps reduce glare and protect the cutting edge. The blade carries a part serrated edge, giving you a smooth cutting section up top for clean slicing and a serrated section near the base for tougher fibrous materials and cordage.
Deployment is handled by thumb studs for quick, one-handed opening, and the blade locks up solidly via SOG’s proven XR lock mechanism. The handle is molded in OD Green textured GRN (glass-reinforced nylon), delivering a secure grip in wet or gloved conditions. The Aegis AT measures 8.14″ overall open, 5.01″ closed, and weighs 4.40 oz for everyday pocket carry.
