Description
The Ruger-5.7 Pro from Ruger is a striker-fired semi-automatic pistol chambered in the flat-shooting 5.7x28mm cartridge and built around a full-size 4.94″ barrel. The Pro configuration pairs a black polymer frame with a black oxide-finished optic-cut steel slide and a black nitride-treated alloy steel barrel, delivering a feature-rich duty, range, and defensive platform with the low recoil and high magazine capacity the 5.7×28 round is known for.
Designed for control and speed, the Ruger-5.7 Pro features a textured, ergonomic black polymer grip with an easy trigger reach, a robust slide release, and a reversible magazine release latch for ambidextrous-friendly operation. A factory Picatinny accessory rail is molded into the dustcover of the polymer frame for mounting a weapon light or laser, and the slide comes optic-cut to accept popular reflex sights directly out of the box. Rear cocking serrations aid in press checks and slide manipulation.
Sights consist of a fiber optic front paired with an adjustable rear for fast, intuitive target acquisition. The pistol ships with a 20-round detachable magazine for a 20+1 total on-board capacity. Safeties include a trigger safety, a firing pin safety, and an integral locking system. Right-handed configuration.
