The Rise Armament RA-701 Compensator is a purpose-built muzzle device designed for the AR-platform rifle chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO and .223 Remington. Machined from 416R stainless steel and finished in a tough black nitride coating, the RA-701 is engineered to counteract recoil and muzzle lift, helping the shooter stay on target for fast, accurate follow-up shots.
The compensator measures 2.5″ overall length and is threaded 1/2″x28, the standard thread pattern for AR-platform barrels in .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO. Its ported design helps redirect propellant gas to manage recoil and muzzle rise, making it a clean addition to duty, competition, and defensive AR builds where quick sight recovery is a priority.
