The Mossberg Patriot bolt-action rifle pairs Mossberg’s classically styled hunting platform with a factory-mounted scope, delivering a turn-key package for hunters and target shooters in .270 Winchester.
At the heart of this Patriot is a 22″ fluted barrel with a matte blued finish and a match crown muzzle, fed by an internal drop box magazine with a 5+1 capacity. The barrel is chambered for .270 Win with a 1:10″ twist. A stainless steel receiver houses the action, paired with a fixed black synthetic stock and a crisp crossbolt safety for confident handling in the field.
The Patriot features an adjustable trigger for shooter-tunable pull weight and break, and ships without iron sights – the rifle is set up around its mounted optic. With an overall length of 42.75″ and a weight of 7.50 lbs, the rifle is well-balanced for both spot-and-stalk hunting and stationary target shooting from a bench or stand. The factory-installed Vortex Crossfire II 3-9x40mm scope comes mounted on the rifle so it is ready for the range or the field with no additional optic purchase required.
