Both the front and rear sights carry green tritium vials with a white outline ring for fast three-dot acquisition in any light condition. The fixed design drops directly into the factory sight cuts of the S&W M&P full-size, compact, and subcompact (non-optics-ready) pistols with no gunsmithing required, and windage and elevation are factory set for a true drop-in fit.
