The MDT Oryx Sportsman Chassis is a precision aftermarket rifle chassis system designed as a drop-in replacement for the Savage 110 Short Action rifle. Finished in OD Green and built around a rigid aircraft-grade 6061 aluminum core with a MIL Spec Type III hard anodized finish, the Oryx Sportsman provides a rock-solid, weather-resistant platform engineered to enhance accuracy and ergonomics for right-hand shooters.
A full-length CNC-machined bedding block cradles the Savage action from front to rear, eliminating flex and stock shift to deliver repeatable, benchrest-class precision. The forend features a free-floating barrel channel that fully supports the barrel contour without contact, plus M-LOK accessory slots on the sides and bottom for mounting bipods, barricade stops, lights, and other accessories. The forend is also compatible with ARCA-style rails for PRS and precision rifle competition use.
The Oryx Sportsman is configured with an adjustable length of pull (LOP) and an AR15-compatible grip interface that accepts either a standard pistol grip or a vertical grip to suit your preferred shooting style.
