The Leupold BackCountry ring mount is purpose-built for the Weatherby Mark V rifle, providing a rugged, lightweight mounting platform for 30mm riflescopes. This 2-piece base/ring combo is engineered specifically to mate directly to the 9-lug Weatherby Mark V action, eliminating the need for a separate bases-and-rings setup.
Constructed from lightweight 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, the BackCountry delivers the strength-to-weight ratio serious hunters demand without adding unnecessary bulk to the rifle. The integrated rings are cut for 30mm scope maintubes and sit at a medium height, providing a 1.08″ mount height from the top of the receiver to the centerline of the scope.
A durable matte black finish reduces glare and resists corrosion in harsh field conditions. The 2-piece design clamps securely to the Weatherby Mark V receiver. Rings are included.
