Description
The KGM Suppressors A-TMBA-HUB-C1 is a precision-machined taper muzzle brake engineered to deliver effective recoil reduction while doubling as a HUB-compatible mounting interface for the KGM suppressor family. Built around the standardized 1/2×28 thread pitch, this device installs on rifle barrels chambered in 5.56 NATO and mates with any suppressor using the common 1.375×24 HUB rear-mount thread pattern, including KGM’s R30T, R65T, and R338 models.
The brake is machined from heat-treated chromoly steel for strength and service life under sustained fire, and finished in KGM’s C1 coating. The taper-port geometry provides superior recoil reduction whether the device is run as a stand-alone brake or underneath a mounted suppressor.
KGM engineered this muzzle device to perform both with and without a suppressor attached. When run as a stand-alone brake, it provides effective recoil management for duty, competition, or sporting use. When a HUB-mount suppressor is locked over the brake, the system transitions into a repeatable mounting solution that preserves the brake’s indexing across repeat installations.
