The Hornady V-Match in 6.5 PRC is match-grade factory ammunition engineered for precision rifle competitors and long-range target shooting. Each round is loaded with a 100 gr ELD-VT (Extremely Low Drag – Varmint Target) polymer-tipped bullet in a reloadable brass case.
From a 24″ test barrel, this load produces a muzzle velocity of 3450 fps and muzzle energy of 2642 ft lbs. The reloadable brass case gives handloaders the option to recover the brass and develop their own precision 6.5 PRC loads.
