This .338 caliber variant carries a heavy 307 grain weight and pairs a polymer tip with a jacketed construction engineered to expand reliably at velocities down to 900 fps.
Designed for subsonic rifle applications, the Sub-X profile is a natural fit for .338 ARC loads and similar suppressed hunting and range platforms. It stabilizes at a 1:8 minimum recommended twist, posts a sectional density of .384, and delivers a G1 ballistic coefficient of .375, making it an effective choice for hunters and quiet-range shooters handloading their own suppressed ammunition.
