The Hornady 046264 Match Grade Full Length Size Die is a precision reloading die purpose-built for the 6mm ARC cartridge. Part of Hornady’s Match Grade die line, this full-length sizer is engineered for handloaders chasing match-grade accuracy and consistent case preparation from their 6mm ARC brass, particularly on the AR-15 platform.
At the core of the die is Hornady’s signature free-floating, self-centering spindle, which supports the case at the case head while resizing is performed at the case mouth. This design eliminates the chance of over-sizing the case neck and reduces unnecessary work on the brass, improving concentricity and extending case life – both critical for 6mm ARC reloaders working within gas-gun pressure ceilings.
The die is set up for use with a 6 shell holder cap and ships complete with the full-length bushing-style die body, an elliptical expander, and a decap pin retainer, so you can begin sizing and decapping immediately on any compatible reloading press.
