The Hogue Expel Blade Dispenser is a purpose-built accessory designed to accompany the Hogue Expel folding scalpel knives, eliminating any hands-on contact with sharp edges during blade changes. Built from tough orange Polyamide Nylon 12 polymer, this compact dispenser measures just 3.375″ x 1.0″ x 0.6875″ and ships pre-loaded with five 60-style high-carbon steel replaceable scalpel blades.
A spring-assisted mechanism lifts a fresh blade onto the slide cover track for quick, controlled swaps, while a lower compartment inside the dispenser safely stores up to five used blades for later disposal. The bright orange polymer body is easy to spot in a pack or on the bench, and the compact all-polymer construction keeps the dispenser lightweight.
