Loaded in a 3-inch hull, this HEVI-Hammer shell pushes a 1 oz payload of 2 shot at a published muzzle velocity of 1350 fps, a versatile payload size for medium-range pass shooting and decoying birds working over open water. The bismuth layer helps the pattern keep energy and penetration downrange, while the steel foundation keeps the per-shell cost manageable for high-volume hunts.
