The Federal Fusion Component bullet delivers the same devastating terminal performance as Federal’s flagship Fusion factory loads, but in a reloading component designed for handloaders. Chambered for 7mm (.284) applications, this 140 gr Fusion Soft Point projectile features a copper jacket that is molecularly bonded to a pressure-formed lead core, virtually eliminating core-jacket separation and producing high weight retention with controlled expansion on impact.
Built with a .284″ diameter, a ballistic coefficient of .416, and a sectional density of 0.248, the Fusion Component offers the flat trajectory and energy transfer that hunters expect from the Fusion line. The soft point design initiates reliable expansion across a wide velocity range, making it well-suited for medium to large game hunting. Each bullet is built to the same exacting standards as the factory-loaded Fusion rounds that have built the brand’s reputation.
Each box contains 100 bullets, with 4 boxes per case (400 bullets per case). These reloading components give handloaders the ability to build premium 7mm hunting loads with bonded bullet performance.
