The Dan Wesson DWX is a full-size single-action semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm Luger. This hybrid design blends the ergonomics and accessory rail of a CZ-75-profile frame with the familiar controls and trigger feel of a 1911-pattern handgun, delivering a flat-shooting, competition-ready platform with modern optic compatibility.
The DWX is built around a 4.95″ match-grade barrel mated to a bushing-less barrel system, and feeds from a 10+1 magazine. The slide is steel finished in Black DLC with serrations and an optics-ready cut for red-dot mounting. Iron sights consist of a fiber-optic front post and an adjustable rear. The frame is aluminum with a black finish, an integrated Picatinny accessory rail, and an extended beavertail for a high, comfortable grip.
Grips are red textured aluminum, providing both a bold visual contrast against the black slide and frame and a positive hold for range and competition use. A thumb safety provides the classic single-action control layout. Overall length is approximately 7.5 inches.
The DWX also features a swappable magazine release and is compatible with CZ P-10F and P-09 magazines, giving shooters added flexibility.
