Description
The CZ Quail is a traditional over-and-under field shotgun chambered in 20 Gauge with a 3″ magnum chamber – a lightweight, fast-handling upland gun built on a classic break-open action with a single selective trigger and tang safety. Whether you’re hunting bobwhite and quail in the covers or breaking clays at the range, the Quail is purpose-built for the wingshooter.
The 28″ vent-rib barrel is topped with a bead sight and threaded for CZ’s choke system. Five chokes are included with the gun – Full, Improved Modified, Modified, Improved Cylinder, and Cylinder – so you can tune pattern density for close-in cover birds or longer-range targets right out of the box. The break-open action exposes two chambers for a two-shot capacity.
At 45″ overall and just 6.30 lbs, the Quail carries and swings with the feel of a classic English-style game gun. The metalwork wears a corrosion-resistant gloss black chrome finish, and the stock is carved from richly figured Turkish walnut in a traditional fixed pistol grip profile sized for right-handed shooters. Brown wood complements the black chrome for a clean, understated look in the field.
