The CVA Scout Takedown is a compact, packable single-shot centerfire rifle built for hunters who want a lightweight, accurate, and dependable rifle for backcountry use. Chambered in the modern 6mm ARC cartridge, the Scout TD delivers flat trajectory in a stripped-down, easy-carrying package.
At the heart of the Scout TD is a 20-inch stainless steel barrel with a 1:7.5″ twist rate, threaded 5/8×24 at the muzzle for suppressor or muzzle-brake attachment. The stainless steel barreled action wears a matte stainless finish that shrugs off weather, moisture, and rough handling. The single-shot action keeps things simple and accurate, and the rifle’s takedown design lets the barrel and receiver separate from the stock for compact storage and easy transport in a pack or duffel bag.
The black synthetic stock is built for hard field use, with weatherproof construction and a no-slip grip profile. A factory-installed DuraSight rail is included up top for mounting the optic of your choice; the Scout TD ships with no iron sights, letting the shooter configure it with the scope or red dot that best fits the hunt. As a single-shot centerfire, it holds 1 round and is intended to be loaded one cartridge at a time for excellent accuracy and minimal carry weight.
