The CVA Cascade XP-SB brings CVA’s modernized scout-style rifle to the single-shot market, chambered in 300 Blackout. Built around a 16.50″ matte stainless steel fluted and threaded barrel paired with a matching stainless steel receiver topped by a factory Picatinny rail, this rifle is purpose-built to accept an optic and a muzzle device or suppressor right out of the box.
The action is a true Single Shot, giving the Cascade XP-SB a slim, lightweight profile that lands in the 6 lb to 6.99 lb weight range. The barrel carries a 1:8″ twist, well matched to the wide spectrum of 300 Blackout bullet weights – from heavy subsonic loads for suppressed shooting to lighter supersonic projectiles. The threaded muzzle and fluted barrel shed weight while adding rigidity and giving the rifle its clean, scout-inspired lines.
Up top, the stainless steel receiver is drilled and tapped with an integrated Picatinny rail for direct mounting of red dots, low-power variables, or scout scopes. No iron sights are included, keeping the package clean and optics-ready. The furniture is a Graphite Black synthetic stock paired with a black grip, and uses an adjustable buffer tube for length-of-pull customization – a modern, AR-derived touch that lets shooters dial in fit without tools.
