Description
The CVA Cascade Takedown (Scout TD) in 308 Win is a compact take-down rifle engineered for hunters and shooters who want packable portability without giving up down-range accuracy. It is built around a 20″ stainless steel barrel with a 1:10″ twist and 5/8×24 threading, and ships from the factory with an Omni Muzzle Brake installed for hands-on recoil control.
The stainless steel receiver is topped with a full-length Picatinny rail for direct optics mounting. No iron sights are included, leaving the rifle optics-ready out of the box. A positive hammer block safety locks the action, while the matte stainless finish pairs with a tough black synthetic stock that shrugs off weather and rough field handling. The take-down design lets the action break away from the stock quickly for transport, storage, or packing into a backcountry kit.
Measuring 35″ overall and weighing 6.50 lbs, the Cascade Takedown balances easy carry with steady handling on target. This is a current-production CVA rifle offered in new condition.
