Description
The CVA Cascade Takedown is a compact single-shot takedown rifle chambered in 223 Rem, built for backcountry hunters and stalkers who want a lightweight, suppressor-ready straight-shooter that breaks down small for transport. Part of CVA’s Cascade line, this Takedown variant (also known as the Scout TD) pairs the proven stainless-steel barrel and action with a quick-disassembly chassis for field-friendly portability.
A 20″ stainless steel barrel with a 1:9″ twist anchors the rifle, finished in durable Flat Dark Earth Cerakote to coordinate with the matching stainless steel receiver. The muzzle is threaded for suppressor or muzzle-device attachment, and the receiver is topped with an integrated Picatinny rail for mounting your optic. No iron sights are fitted, so this rifle is configured for red-dot or scoped use right out of the box. The single-shot action is protected by a hammer block safety.
The synthetic stock is molded in a Duck Camo pattern, giving the Cascade Takedown an overall length of 35″ and a carrying weight of 6.5 lbs. The combination of a quick-detach takedown chassis, threaded muzzle, and subdued field finish makes this rifle an ideal companion for backcountry hunters who want a compact .223 that can be quickly reassembled and put on target when it counts.
