Description
The Cold Steel Tiger Claw is a premium 3.5″ folding hawkbill that blends the slashing draw of a karambit with the everyday utility of a modern tactical folder. This CS22C model is built around a slim-line, CNC-machined G10 handle in matte black with an integrated matte black aluminum ring at the pommel, giving the knife its distinctive karambit-style grip while still allowing a conventional blade-down carry.
The blade is cut from American-made S35VN stainless steel and given a rugged stonewashed finish that hides wear and resists glare. A pronounced hawkbill profile delivers aggressive slicing performance for cordage, webbing, and seatbelt work, while Cold Steel’s patented Tri-Ad lock backs the blade up under hard use. Deployment is fully ambidextrous via the patented Demko thumb-plate on either side, and the knife rides tip-up on a reversible low-profile pocket clip.
Drawn from Cold Steel’s Filipino and Indonesian martial-arts heritage, the Tiger Claw bridges tactical carry and EDC-friendly form. It measures 3.50″ blade / 9.00″ overall and weighs just 5.10 oz, light enough for daily pocket carry but built to take the rough cuts you’d expect from a Cold Steel working folder.
