Description
The Cold Steel CS36MJ Drop Forged Push Knife is a no-nonsense fixed-blade push dagger engineered for serious self-defense use. Cold Steel takes a single chunk of 52100 high carbon steel and drop forges it into a one-piece construction with a 4″ double-edge spear point blade measuring 0.35″ thick at the spine. The result is an incredibly stout tool with no weak points, pins, or joints to worry about.
The ergonomic T-handle measures 2.75″ long and features a contoured shape with a central trough that locks the grip into place for a secure purchase during a strike. A lanyard hole is provided at the butt for additional retention options. The entire piece is finished in a non-reflective gray Teflon coating that helps resist corrosion and reduces glare, with an overall length of 6.75″ and a weight of 7.9 oz.
For carry, Cold Steel includes a black Secure-Ex belt sheath that keeps the push knife accessible at the waist. Built in Cold Steel’s signature over-built style, the CS36MJ is intended as a last-ditch self-defense tool for those who train with it and carry it responsibly.
