Description
The Cold Steel 90SH Spike Hawk is a drop forged tactical tomahawk built for chopping, cutting, slashing, and piercing work in the field. Its head is forged from a single billet of 1055 carbon steel and differentially heat treated so the poll stays tough while the cutting edge takes and holds a keen working edge.
The 3 1/8″ primary edge is sharpened for serious brush and limb work, while the long rear spike is shaped for thrusting, piercing, and gouging applications. The head is secured to a 22″ American Hickory handle, giving the hawk a balanced, easy-handling swing whether it is carried on a trail or driven at the range.
Weighing roughly 24.5 oz overall, the Spike Hawk is light enough for one-handed carry yet heavy enough to drive the edge or spike with authority. This listing includes the Spike Hawk with its separate leather sheath for safe storage and transport.
