The CobraTec Knives Lightweight is a dual-action out-the-front automatic built around a 3.25″ tanto blade in D2 steel with a plain edge. Designed as an everyday-carry OTF, it pares weight to just 4.20 oz by pairing the steel blade with a high-grade aluminum alloy handle dressed in carbon fiber scales.
A side-mounted thumb-slide trigger deploys and retracts the blade with a snappy dual-action motion. The knife measures 7.75″ overall open and 4.50″ closed, putting it squarely in the medium-OTF class. D2 steel delivers the edge retention and wear resistance expected of a working-grade cutlery steel.
