Description
The CobraTec Lightweight is an out-the-front (OTF) automatic designed for everyday carry, packing CobraTec’s snappy dual-action deployment into one of the lighter frames in the lineup. A side-mounted thumb button drives the blade both out and back, locking securely in the open and closed positions for safe, confident handling.
Cutting performance comes from a 3.25″ drop point blade in D2 tool steel with a clean plain edge, a workhorse profile well suited to daily utility tasks. The handle is machined from high-grade aluminum alloy and finished in NYPD Blue Cerakote, giving the knife a distinctive color along with the wear and corrosion resistance Cerakote is known for.
At 4.20 oz with an overall length of 7.75″ and a closed length of 4.50″, the Lightweight lives up to its name and carries comfortably all day. A pocket clip is installed for tip-up carry, and a nylon sheath is included for protected storage or belt carry when the knife is off the pocket.
