Description
The CMMG Resolute MK47 is a semi-automatic AR-platform rifle chambered in 7.62x39mm and built around a direct-impingement operating system that lets AR-15 ergonomics run alongside traditional AK-pattern magazines. The 14.3″ medium-taper threaded barrel is constructed from 4140 chrome-moly steel with a salt bath nitride (SBN) finish and a 1:10″ twist. CMMG finishes the rifle in their signature Tungsten Cerakote over aluminum upper and lower receivers, with a flash hider installed at the muzzle.
A 6-position CMMG RipStock adjusts length of pull for different shooters and roles, while the M-LOK handguard offers plenty of real estate for lights, lasers, grips, and bipods. The platform ships optics-ready with no iron sights installed. CMMG outfits the rifle with their full ZEROED accessory suite: a drop-in single-stage trigger, an ambidextrous 60/90-degree safety selector, an ambidextrous charging handle, a polymer dust cover, and a CMMG pistol grip. Overall length measures 31.4″ with an unloaded weight of 6.8 lbs.
This Resolute MK47 ships with one 30-round Magpul PMAG and accepts standard 7.62×39 AK-pattern magazines. The combination of compact AR handling, lightweight aluminum construction, and 7.62×39 affordability makes this rifle an excellent choice for hog hunting, vehicle carry, defensive applications, or simply running inexpensive steel-case ammo at the range.
