The CMMG AR-15/M16 Ambidextrous Magazine Catch is a drop-in upgrade that lets both right- and left-handed shooters release the magazine without altering their firing grip. Machined from durable steel and finished in a corrosion-resistant Black Nitride coating, this ambi mag catch installs the same as the factory part and is compatible with all AR-15 and M16 rifles.
The ambidextrous design replaces a standard mil-spec magazine catch and works with both mil-spec and aftermarket magazine release buttons. Each unit ships with the magazine release button and spring ready to install, and the body is laser engraved with the CMMG logo for a clean, factory-style appearance.
