Description
The Christensen Arms MCR (Modern Carbon Rifle) is a precision hunting bolt-action built for shooters who demand tack-driving accuracy without backcountry-breaking weight. This example is chambered in 6.5 PRC and pairs a precision-machined steel receiver in black nitride finish with a 22″ match-grade carbon fiber wrapped barrel. The barrel features a hand-lapped bore, a 1:8″ twist optimized for long, heavy 6.5 PRC projectiles, and a threaded muzzle fitted with a side baffle brake for dramatically reduced recoil and faster follow-up shots.
Feeding from a detachable box magazine, the MCR provides a 4+1 capacity. A crisp, user-adjustable TriggerTech trigger delivers a clean break for precise shot placement, and no iron sights are installed so the shooter can mount the optic of their choice. The barreled action is mated to a featherweight FFT dual carbon fiber stock finished in black, with an adjustable comb for a custom fit and an integrated Picatinny rail on the underside for bipod or monopod attachment.
