Description
The Browning Citori CX is a premium over/under break-action shotgun chambered in 12 Gauge with a 3″ chamber, 32″ lightweight blued barrels, and a classic two-round configuration. The Citori blends traditional over/under craftsmanship with the modern adjustability of Browning’s Graco comb for fine-tuning fit across changing shooting positions.
At the core is a rugged steel receiver with a gold accent finish, paired with lightweight blued back-bored vent-rib barrels. The 32″ barrel length provides a long sight plane favored by clay shooters, while the lightweight profile keeps carry comfortable during long days afield.
The Citori CX uses Browning’s Triple Trigger System, a single-trigger design with an integrated barrel selector that lets the shooter choose which barrel fires on the first pull. Sighting is handled by an ivory bead front and a mid-bead rear, both time-tested choices on over/under shotguns. A tang safety provides classic, glove-friendly control for right-hand shooters.
The traditional American walnut stock is finished in a warm brown tone and fitted with Browning’s Graco adjustable comb, allowing the shooter to fine-tune cheek weld for consistent gun mounting and reliable pointability.
The Citori CX ships with three Invector-Plus Midas choke tubes – Full, Improved Cylinder, and Modified – giving the shooter the choke options typically desired for sporting clays, trap, and upland hunting. At an overall length of 49″ and a weight of 8.90 lbs, this right-hand over/under balances well for both swinging game and breaking targets.
